The leg press for the BodyCraft MFT multi functional trainer can be attached to either the right or left side of the main machine, allowing for flexible placement in the workout room. The leg muscles, including the quadriceps, hamstrings and glutes, are among the most important for supporting the body as a whole. The MFT Leg Press provides an effective workout for several lower-body muscle groups.
