- The device is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease.
- Keep away from children. Users under 18 or individuals with reduced physical, sensory, or reasoning ability must be supervised.
- Do not bend, pull, or play with electrical components.
- Charge only with the supplied or certified USB-C cable and compatible power adapter.
- Ensure the USB-C connector is fully inserted before plugging into a power outlet.
- Do not charge outdoors, in bathrooms, or near water sources. Charge only in dry, well-ventilated areas.
- Never use the device while charging or when the charger is plugged in.
- Do not overcharge. Disconnect within one hour of full charge.
- Pull the plug, not the cord, when unplugging. Keep cables away from heat, oil, and sharp edges.
- Do not crush, drop, puncture, or disassemble the device or charger.
- Stop using immediately if you feel pain or discomfort.
- Do not operate the device under blankets, pillows, or in confined spaces—risk of overheating or fire.
- Never immerse the device or charger in water or any liquid.
- Clean only with a damp or alcohol-free wipe. Do not submerge or rinse under running water.
- Do not expose the device to corrosive solutions, dust, or sand.
- Store in a cool, dry place (0°C–40°C / 32°F–104°F). Do not expose to temperatures above 70°C / 158°F or direct sunlight.
- If the device malfunctions or is damaged, contact Therabody customer service. Do not attempt self-repair.
- Warranty is void if the device or charger is disassembled, modified, or misused.
