The recumbent exercise bike is equipped with a high backrest that supports the entire back and lumbar area. In this slightly reclined sitting position, the intervertebral discs, joints and knees are pleasantly supported during training. It's very simple: thanks to the three-way adjustability of the seat, the BC70 adapts perfectly to your height. The seat's horizontal distance from the handlebars and its tilt angle can be easily adjusted comfortably from the sitting position. The incline of the backrest also has various adjustment settings. Simple operation and a variety of motivating programmes

The cardiostrong recumbent ergometer BC70 is equipped with a very user-friendly, simple console that provides an exact overview of your current workout. Time, calorie consumption, heart rate, distance and much more – so you have your training under control at all times.

16 resistance levels and 12 preset programmes are available for a varied and motivating workout at every fitness level. From light movement training to an intense workout that strengthens the leg muscles, everything is possible on the BC70. Other programmes are pulse-controlled and are therefore ideal for particularly effective training: the heart rate display makes monitored training easier and helps you to stay in the optimal pulse range for your fitness goal.

When it comes to training control, the BC70 offers another feature that is usually only seen on recumbent bikes in significantly higher price ranges: you can use the console to organise your training session, or the two conveniently-placed handles on the side of the seat. Use the corresponding buttons to navigate through the menu or adjust the resistance. There are also hand-pulse sensors on the handles to measure your heart rate if you have selected a pulse programme. Alternatively, you can also measure your pulse very precisely with a chest strap, which is available from us as an accessory. The memory function on the BC70 lets several people have an individual exercise plan: up to four athletes can save their training data and call it up at any time.

We heve the BC70 since ages (the old version with LED display) and we are very satisfied. Thanks to the every direction good adjustable seat position, both of us (my wife 160cm, me 176cm height) comfortable sit on it. I have tried several others, but very soon it began to hurt my butt, but not this one, it is different. The seat surface is big, properly padded and support our ass very well. I just ordered one more for my mother-in-law...;-) Strongly recommended!

Sehr einfacher Aufbau. Das meiste ist schon vormontiert. Es erfüllt seinen Zweck. Technisch nichts außergewöhnliches, aber gute Qualität und sehr, sehr leise.

einfach bequem

Das CST BC70 ist einfach ein bequemes Ergometer. Trotz meinen Kreislaufproblemen kann ich trainieren ohne Angst herunter zu fallen. Die Programme fordern mich endlich mal wieder und es macht echt Spaß.

J’utilise le BC70 depuis quelques semaines et je trouve qu’il offre un excellent compromis entre confort et performance, notamment grâce à son siège ergonomique bien maintenu. La console est claire, facile à utiliser et les programmes intégrés sont variés, ce qui rend chaque séance plus motivante. Enfin, le pédalage est doux, silencieux et adapté à des entraînements réguliers sans risquer de déranger autour de moi.

Ich war schon länger auf der suche nach einen kleinen kompakten Liegeergometer welcher auch in kleinere Räume/Wohnung rein passt. Durch einen Bekannten wurde mir Fitshop empfohlen und ich habe mich in einer Filiale beraten lassen. Vor Ort konnte ich diesen Ergometer dann testen und war recht schnell überzeugt. Das Gerät lässt sich sehr gut einstellen und der Sitz sowie die Rückenlehne sind sehr bequem. Auch die Lieferung war sehr schnell und der Aufbau war für meinen Bekannten auch kein Problem.... Das bequemste Liegeergometer, was ich vor Ort getestet habe. Die Verstellungen von der Rückenlehne waren mit Abstand am besten und auch die Lehne an sich ist sehr weich. Für mich war das Gefühl hier extrem wichtig. Man kann auch den Widerstand ganz einfach im Griff verstellen und muss sich nicht immer zur Konsole vorbeugen.

Utilisé pour faire le travail de rééducation cardiaque prescrit par les médecins après une opération à coeur ouvert. Pour nous, la qualité première du BC70 est le confort de l'assise qui est possible grâce à 3 réglages. Nous apprécions également les indications à l'écran qui permettent le monitoring précis de l'effort fourni.

Ein tolles lange haltbares Ergometer

Das Erhometer habe ich bereits seit einigen Jahren und habe es nach einer Knie-OP für dad Heimtraining angeschafft. Jetzt musste sich das Ergometer auch nach dem Einsatz einer Knievollprothese bewähren. Hätte ich vorher gewusst, dass es auch verstellbare Kurbeln gibt, dann hätte ich diese geholt und das Gerät dadurch auch bei eingeschränkter Beweglichkeit nutzen können. Aber auch so ist es perfekt. Das Wattprogramm auswählen, die Wattzahl festlegen und schon geht es los, wobei die steikt einzuhaltende maximale Tretfrequenz in dem großen Display gut zu sehen ist. Nach den ganzen Jahren wackelt der Sitz trotz angezogener Schrauben leicht auf der Führungsschiene und das macht dadurch leichte Geräusche aber das ist ok. Den Kauf habe ich nicht bereut. ...
