cardiostrong FX70 – Easy to get started. Easy to keep going.

A good fitness machine doesn’t have to be be complicated; it should be convenient and motivate you to use it regularly. This is the design philosophy behind the cardiostrong Cross Trainer FX70. It starts with the relatively simple assembly and continues with the ease of use. The low step-up height of only 25 cm makes it easy to get on the machine, large tread surfaces offer ample room to find a comfortable foot placement, and the 7″ console has a clear and intuitive layout. To get going, just press Play for Quickstart mode. With the FX70, “I should really workout.” soon turns into “I could keep going.”

An exercise motion that feels good

With a 51-cm stride length and an especially narrow tread distance of only 6.5 cm, the FX70 supports a long, natural elliptical motion. This front-drive model with a hefty flywheel mass delivers a smooth, constant movement sequence as the tread wheels glide silently along the aluminium rails. The result is a pleasant, full-body workout that is easy on the user’s joints so they can keep going farther than they could on a treadmill, for comparison.

Additional workout options

The FX70 is not only an easy entry point for people starting out, it offers plenty of ways to alter and intensify the workout experience as you make progress. 32 resistance levels and the 5x-adjustable incline let you set up the machine for your specific wants and needs. By raising the incline, the movement changes from a flat elliptical movement to a higher and rounder stepper motion which works different muscles. Users can also pedal backwards for a different exercise effect or change their hand placement on the multi-grip handles.

A variety of workout programmes

Aside from the basic Quickstart, there are a number of pre-installed dynamic resistance profile programmes, countdown functions for time, distance and calories, watt and target heart rate modes as well as custom interval programmes. If that wasn’t already enough, the cross trainer is compatible with fitness apps like Kinomap with which users can use a smartphone or tablet to discover virtual routes from around the globe and track your workout data. The tablet tray also makes it convenient to stream movies, music or podcasts while you exercise, so using the FX70 feels less like making an intervention for your health’s sake and becomes a regular part of everyday life.

Sehr schnelle Lieferung, Aufbau ist mit ein wenig Handwerklichem Verständnis sehr einfach und das Gerät selbst ist den Erwartungen gerecht, Funktioniert einwandfrei, einziges Manko ist die Stromversorgung mit dem Vorderseitigem Stecker und zu Kurzem Kabel was ich nicht sehr Vorteilhaft ansehe, das könnte man wesentlich besser Lösen, von unserer Seite her können wir das Gerät und auch den Fitshop Empfehlen

Nach mehr als drei Jahren Nutzung bin ich mit dem Crosstrainer immer noch super zufrieden. Montage ist unkompliziert, der Bewegungsablauf Ist sehr angenehm und funktioniert einwandfrei. Vor allen sind die Ergebnisse mehr als Gut. Hervorragend!!!

Aufbau einfach und sehr gut beschrieben. Crosstrainer ist top verarbeitet und es macht großen Spaß damit zu trainieren. Super leise und alles schön gängig
