Produktbeskrivelse: LEKI Smart Flash
The LEKI Smart Flash will make your walking more efficient by allowing you to generate better momentum through your arm movement. This enables you to use all your energy during your workout. The poles are available in various sizes, ranging from 100 to 130 cm, in 5 cm increments.
The LEKI Smart Flash features the special Shark System. This system allows the strap to be released quickly, and the handle ensures optimal power transfer. It provides a direct connection between your hand and the pole for a comfortable and natural walking experience. The strap can be seamlessly adjusted to fit your hand perfectly.
The Smart Tip 2.0 can be switched to the carbide tip in one simple step, allowing you to tackle soft surfaces with ease. This ensures you are well equipped for any terrain, improving your footing and helping you recover quickly from minor slips. The poles take the strain off your knees during training, especially when walking downhill. They also give you an extra boost of energy when walking uphill. The extra momentum provided by your arms helps you counteract gravity more effectively. Using walking poles during your training will also benefit your back as they take the strain off your spine. This is particularly helpful if you’re carrying a heavy backpack. To find the right size, stand upright and hold the poles. If your upper arm is at a right angle to your forearm, you have found the ideal length for your body.
